Which famous models are useful to follow for fashion in 2026? Kendall Jenner, Kaia Gerber, Vittoria Ceretti, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Anok Yai offer different starting points, from public street outfits to runway and event appearances. We have selected them for documented fashion activity and distinct angles for further reading.

This is an editorial selection as of October 2026, not a ranking of Google searches, earnings or followers. Runway work, a magazine cover and a much-discussed outfit are different forms of visibility. We separate those signals rather than claiming that any one proves who is “most popular”.

Kendall Jenner: denim and one strong detail

Jenner’s March 2026 Vogue France cover is one marker of her continuing fashion presence. For an outfit study, our guide starts with a February 2026 Los Angeles look pairing rigid straight-leg jeans and a short textured jacket.

The practical question is proportion: where does the jacket end, and how much of the trouser remains visible? Read the Kendall Jenner street-style guide for a comparison you can make using your own clothes.

Kaia Gerber: a small set of repeat accessories

Gerber’s 2026 fashion activity includes the September launch of RE/DONE’s Kaia Vol. 1. Her style also offers a way to study continuity: a familiar category of shoe, bag or jewellery can connect otherwise different outfits.

Try keeping your accessories unchanged while rotating three outfits. Our Kaia Gerber street-style study uses two dated reports and turns that idea into a short wardrobe exercise.

Vittoria Ceretti: tailoring with everyday elements

Ceretti appeared on Vogue Italia’s August 2026 cover. Her March Paris Fashion Week street look provides a separate, practical reference: pinstriped trousers with tonal layers, flat shoes and a cap.

The distinction matters. A cover is collaborative fashion imagery; a public street appearance has another context. Our Vittoria Ceretti guide concentrates on the latter and explains how to test the hem, layers and accessories independently.

Gigi Hadid: denim and knitwear

Hadid’s work as creative director of Guest in Residence gives another route into fashion beyond modelling. The label’s September 2026 denim introduction is a current reference for our study of her wardrobe.

Start with Gigi Hadid’s fashion style if you are interested in the meeting point between soft knitwear and more structured denim. Separate a brand’s own collection from the broader styling principle you want to try.

Bella Hadid: vintage references and changing contexts

Hadid’s September 2026 New York Fashion Week appearances included a vintage Valentino dress from Spring 1996. A current appearance can therefore bring an older collection back into view; the date of the photograph and the date of the garment tell different stories.

Our Bella Hadid style guide considers vintage and Western references separately. It is a useful place to practise identifying which detail belongs to the garment’s history and which comes from how it is worn now.

Anok Yai: major recognition, with a different research angle

The British Fashion Council named Yai Model of the Year at its 2025 Fashion Awards. Her 2026 appearances include the Met Gala in Balenciaga by Pierpaolo Piccioli. These are strong reasons to follow her fashion work, but neither establishes an everyday street-style uniform.

For now, we suggest looking at the difference between runway, gala and off-duty images before drawing conclusions about her personal wardrobe. Event dressing can be a rich source of ideas about silhouette and material while serving a very different purpose from clothes for an ordinary day.

A more useful way to save a street-style reference

  1. Record the date and setting. A show arrival, campaign and red carpet should not become interchangeable in your reference folder.
  2. Name one observable detail. “Short jacket above straight jeans” gives you more to work with than “effortless”.
  3. Separate credits from guesses. If a garment’s maker is not documented, describe its shape or colour instead.
  4. Translate the idea for your day. Check comfort, weather and what you need to carry before deciding whether a photographed combination is useful.
